Now that me and some of my siblings are married, we have houses of our own. I love getting to see the ways we all do life. Seeing the uniquely beautiful ways that we've all created homes for us and our families is so special.
Beth is the oldest girl in my family. She's ambitious, diligent, compassionate and level-headed. She loves to meet needs. And she'll do just about anything for you, even when that babe inside her is making her feel sickly ;) She has the gift of hospitality. Being her guest is a real treat, she makes sure of that.
The little house on the street that her and Daniel call home is the result of their hard work and creativity. With French-Country flair and an emphasis on natural light it's just plain sweet and classy.

It's a little haven of beauty and sunlight. If you walked in, you'd see a husband and wife who live and love together. You'd see sparkly shoes on the floor and good food in the kitchen. And you just might see a little girl who likes to be a princess, recite the alphabet and talk to Little Brother in her mom's belly.

Dear Beth,
First of all. I'm proud of you! You're such a hard-workin, tough, sweet, classy lady. You're a wonderful mother to Gracie and wife to Daniel. I can't wait to see you holding that little boy in your belly. And by the way, you don't look big. At all. You just look cute. Don't believe me? Take a look at these pictures!
See, I told you ;)

Isn't their home just lovely?
Make Beth happy and tell her that :)
Tears!!!! Truly a beautiful, warm resting place. I'm so proud of all my kids, and I am so very, very thankful that Jesus made the difference in us. Even us. Great work, again, Elizabeth. With your camera and your words you speak our hearts.
ReplyDeleteIt IS a lovely house! Love that emphasis on natural lighting part! I'll need that some day, too. :) Great photos, Brea! And Beth is definitely cute, not fat. :)
