I crave stability. I think we all do. And although we all seem on in endless search for something, someone that doesn't change, it's right there.
HE is right there.
Sometimes God reveals Himself in the simplest of forms. And it's surprising to me that He can use something as simple as having a daily cup of coffee to be such a comfort.
Thank You Jesus for being so steady in my life. For the truth that no matter what you give or take away. You will never leave or change. And thank You that I am able to have something as small as a cup of coffee and find you blessing me through it.
"God is not man, that He should lie, or a son of man,
that He should change His mind. Has He said, and will He not do it?
Or has He spoken, and will He not fulfill it?"

Lovely post, Brea! Although I'm not sure that it falls under the category of "ritual," I LOVE that moment when I walk through the front door as I get home from work. In that moment...all is right with the world. :)
