Gracie is a very special person in our life. We have the privilege of getting to be her Aunt and Uncle. She is currently the only granddaughter and niece on my side of the family. Maybe you couldn't tell but we kinda like her.
A lot.
She's boldly staked her claim on our hearts and we've welcomed her in. This child. This wonder. She is laughter too us. Priceless memories. Joy personified.
Every glimpse of a blonde pigtail, every time she hilariously mispronounces a word or holds our hand. We cherish it so.
We miss you little one.
