Jonathan's alarm goes off at 3:30am and he wakes me up at 4:30am so I can walk him to the door where he prays for me and then heads out for the work day. At that point I usually just go back to sleep. It's become the ritual when he works day shift.
This morning I was still in bed around 8:00am when my phone rings and, to my surprise, it was Jonathan asking me to let him in at the door. My poor guy has some kind of stomach bug and couldn't work today. And although I don't like the fact that he feels so bad, I will admit that I'm glad for an unexpected day together.
Today will most likely consist of...
Some writing.
Music.

| I'm wondering....what have you been listening to lately. I'd love to know 'cause I'm wanting to find some new music for myself. Any suggestions? |
Trying to keep Jonathan comfortable and help him feel better.
And probably a lot of hanging out here watching the start of the Olympics tonight.
We're both very excited that the Olympics are finally here. Watching them together is something we're both going to enjoy. Go USA!
Please pray that Jonathan feels better soon. And that his wife doesn't end up with the same fate ;)
Have a beautiful day!

Loved seeing your cozy home! Hope you don't get it too!
ReplyDeletei also enjoyed todays photos!! Feel better Jonny!!
ReplyDeleteBrea, your home is SO cute!! Love it, love it! Need new music? Try rdio.com. It changed my life. It's like Pandora in that it has ALL the music you could ever want to listen to (and more), but instead of creating radio stations, you can select actual CD's to listen to. The free accounts give you like 20 hours a month, and they'll recharge it once a month for like 4 months, then they stop. I ended up with like 5 accounts before I finally buckled down and paid the 4.99 a month. It's worth it for me. My whole family uses my account. No ads, which is super nice. Anyways, it's real handy for trying out new music!
