For the Coming Fall....

Restless winds, cool nights and that warm, exciting scent of change in the air. It settles down here in my bones while I breathe it in......

The earth passes into Autumn, graciously letting go of the all the green to dance away in swirls of golden splendor. God doesn't allow the world to remain the same. But there is always beauty to be found in His transformations. We just have to trust Him to open our eyes to see it.
So, here I am anxiously awaiting my favorite season of all and learning that God's ways are not my ways....but then, isn't that the best of all?

"But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit."
2 Corinthians 3:16-18

  1. Brea! Those pictures are so good! I love the yellow tones. I know how you feel about fall - why is it so magical and emotionally full? I'm aching for the season change, we're just starting to get whiffs of it on the breezes...happiness.
