We do chores together that end up with us dancing together.
And he volunteers to clean out the fridge 'cause he knows it's the biggest chore and I wouldn't want to do it.
We run errands and eat fried pickles at Sonic.
(Oh, you haven't had these yet? Go get some. Now)
He hangs my giant chalkboard in the dining room.
I wear my favorite jackets, with buttons. Lots of buttons.
He puts oil in the van. I love that he knows all about vehicle maintenance. 'Cause I don't.
Our cat follows us around and sneaks onto our lap while we watch tv.
We find beautiful home decor on sale. Yay!
But Sadie is now convinced that the coffee table arrangement is her personal chew toy collection.
Such is life for the Rodgers.
And I love it :)
Such a pretty post :)
ReplyDeleteBrea, have I told you lately how you're such a natural photographer?? What you do naturally, I can only try and do! I find myself looking at things and thinking, "How would Breanne take a photo of this?" It's true! Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery...and I'm not just flattering you! :) Keep it up, I have a lot to learn through your photos! I love your cat pictures, by the way!! :)
ReplyDeleteMelissa- Thank you. You're such a lovely lady :)
ReplyDeleteKellie- Aww, you're encouragement is so much appreciated. It gives me confidence! And what are you talking about? You have a such a way of capturing images with such clarity and beauty! No need to imitate me. But thanks for the compliment anyway. Love you!
So beautiful! I can't wait to come and see it all in person and see YOU!
ReplyDeletelyss- Thank you! It's gonna be so good to see you. But just remember, our little nest is still a work in progress ;)
