A Falltime Date

After a day of cleaning and straightening rooms in the house that had just gotten a little too cluttered, they needed a break. So she fried up cheese sandwiches and he poured hot tomato soup into their coffee mugs and they drove over to the park.

She was happy to be living this simple, and very blessed life with this man, and he said he liked her even when she wore those glasses.
And as the sun shone brightly on the golden all around, they ate and soaked in all the quiet beauty.
It was a lovely evening indeed.

  2. Aww...thanks for sharing your sweet date! And thank you for reminding me to enjoy the dates that aren't fancy or money being spent...(sometimes I get caught up in where we are going or think its not a good date if a lot of money wasn't spent...ok I said it...I'm greedily at times! ) Love you and can't wait to see you soon!
